Dr. Sierra Ambrose-DeLapp is a Chiropractic physician who has been passionate about getting people out of pain since she was young. At age 16 she decided she wanted to be in the medical field. She believes helping someone heal with her hands is truly a miracle and one of the best things she can give to a person and chiropractic allows her to do so. She enjoys using a gentle approach to help people get out of pain. Sierra has trained extensively in Active Release Technique (ART). This technique allows her to treat postural imbalances that cause pain and dysfunction. Other natural therapies such as manipulation, massage, physical rehab and lifestyle modification are also utilized as the foundation for care. Sierra believes that the mind and body are connected and when someone is in pain they are unable to give their best. Dr. Sierra has a strong core belief that if the body is properly nourished with food, water, air and exercise it will maintain its inherent ability to heal itself. Sierra attempts to practice what she preaches by living on an organic farm with a large vegetable garden, fruit and nuts trees, berries, grapes, grass fed lamb, pasture raised chickens, and fish.
